Most people know they shouldn’t use their phones when driving. The law on that is clear. But police consider other things to be distracting driving too. Some of those other things may surprise you.
Here’s your chance to learn more about distracted driving and to ask an enforcement officer about how to stay on the right side of the law. Sergeant Patrick Davies of the BC Highway Patrol will be joined by Leanne Cassap of ICBC. ICBC educates the public on distracted driving to help keep all drivers safe.
We’ll also share Road Safety at Work resources to help eliminate distracted driving at your workplace and keep your employees safe.
