About our Winter Driving Safety campaign
Road Safety at Work’s annual Winter Driving Safety campaign (formerly known as Shift into Winter) is a provincial awareness campaign funded jointly by WorkSafeBC, ICBC, and the Ministry of Transportation and Transit. It is supported by the Winter Driving Safety Alliance.
It starts in the fall of each year. The campaign’s goal is to eliminate winter-related crashes and injuries on BC roads.
The campaign began in 2009.
